09POW_43 Haile Selassie of Ethiopia 1892 - 1975. He was Regent from 1916 to 1930, and then Emperor to 1974. (Watermark dated c.1950's). His royal line was claimed to go back to the Queen of Sheba, and King Solomon of ancient Israel. He was deposed by his army in 1974 and died in suspicious circumstances in 1975 while under house arrest. A remarkable man. From Geoff Kelland
