2005 was the 60th anniversary of Japan's surrender on 15th August 1945 - effectively ending World War 2. To mark the occasion a party was held for the village old folk. Appropriately, this was held at the Overton Memorial Institute (The Stute). Sara Mills (left) and Sue Berry, OMI Steward, were the organizers of the event. We have gathered as many names as we could but some are missing. If you can fill any gaps then please let us know. Just quote the picture number and send us an email.
