The Farm and buildings, which from the 10th century were part of the estates of the Bishop of Winchester, were used by the steward and bailiff supervising the Manor. Courts at Overton were held at the Farm. It was rebuilt in c.1500 and let to a yeoman farmer. From Peter Baker
