This photograph shows the source of the Test in flood looking east. The small lake at the bottom of the picture is the official source. The flood waters are flowing from just beyond the Beach Arms in the distance, on the B3400, down to the official source. The hamlet of Ashe is shown immediately to the east of the official source. The B3400 can be seen on the right of the picture winding its way eastwards. Photo April 2001
